Biography:

Ashley Jones was born on September 3, 1976 in Memphis, Tennessee, U.S.. She started acting as a kid, appearing in her first TV ad when she was five. She then performed on various stage productions. She made her TV debut in 1993 in an episode of Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman. She next appeared in the miniseries The Fire Next Time.

She got her big break in 1997 after landing the role of Megan Dennison on The Young and the Restless. She played the role until 2000. She returned to soap operas in 2004 as Dr. Bridget Forrester on The Bold and the Beautiful. She was a regular cast until 2010 and became a recurring role in the subsequent years. She’s also known for her recurring role as Daphne Landry on True Blood. As of 2016, she appears on General Hospital.
