Swedish National Team represents Sweden in the International football competitions and is controlled by the Swedish Football Association, the governing body for football in Sweden. Sweden is one of the Europe's best team along with England and Germany. Sweden has played in 11 editions of the FIFA World Cup and has just qualified for the 12th time.

The all-time top scorer for the Swedish national team is Zlatan Ibrahimović with 62 goals and he too is the captain of his national team. The head coach of the team is Janne Andersson.Sweden finalized its way to the Russian World Cup in their 1-0 victory over Italy which knocked Italy out of the FIFA World Cup 2018.
