Francia Raisa was born on July 26, 1988 in Los Angeles, California. She started her career when she appeared as Karina in the television show American Family: Journey of Dreams.

She has since appeared in other programs including Over There, In Plain Sight, CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, The Mindy Project and WWE Raw. From 2008 to 2013, she became known as Adrian Lee in the series The Secret Life of the American Teenager.

She has also starred in a number of movies including Bring It On: All or Nothing, The Cutting Edge 3: Chasing the Dream, Fired Up!, Bulletface and The Cutting Edge: Fire & Ice.
